At Pure Bread Cat Cafe LLC, we take pride in hand-crafting each artisanal loaf, cake pop, and cat-shaped treat in our licensed home kitchen under New Mexico Cottage Food Law. Due to the perishable nature of our products, labor-intensive preparation, and the subjective taste preferences of our customers, we have established the following policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

• All baked goods sold are final sale.

• Once products are picked up or shipped/delivered, no refunds are issued.

2. Cancellations & Store Credit

• Cancellations may be eligible for store credit if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or shipping date.

• Store credit can be applied to future orders and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

3. Why Returns Are Not Accepted

• Our baked goods are perishable and cannot be safely resold.

• Each product is made to order with fresh ingredients, requiring significant labor and care.

• Taste is subjective, and we cannot guarantee satisfaction for returns.

4. Damaged or Compromised Items

• If your order is damaged during shipping or compromised upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@purebreadcatcafe.com.

• We will work with you to replace or offer store credit at our discretion, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of receipt.

5. Special Orders & Custom Products

• Custom or specialty orders (e.g., subscriptions, themed loaves, event orders) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
