    All baked goods sold by Pure Bread Cat Cafe LLC are produced in a home kitchen registered and operated under the New Mexico Cottage Food Law (N.M. Stat. Ann. § 25-1-1 et seq.). While we adhere to all applicable sanitary and food safety regulations, our products are not prepared in a licensed commercial kitchen.

  2. Consumer Responsibility
    By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that the goods were made in a home kitchen environment, which may handle common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts, and chocolate. Customers with food allergies should exercise caution.

  3. Legal Compliance & Labeling
    All packaged goods are labeled according to New Mexico state law, including:

  • Product name

  • Ingredients (including allergens)

  • Net weight or quantity

  • Producer name and address

  • Statement: “Made in a home kitchen not inspected by the State of New Mexico”

However, by purchasing our products, the consumer assumes all risks associated with consuming home-baked foods. We are not liable for allergic reactions, illness, or other consequences arising from the consumption of our goods, except as required by applicable law.

  2. Food Handling & Storage
    Products should be stored properly according to label instructions (e.g., refrigeration, freezing) and consumed within recommended time frames. Improper storage may result in spoilage.

  3. Orders and Delivery
    Due to the nature of home-baked goods, we cannot guarantee delivery times beyond reasonable estimates. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe receipt and storage upon delivery.

    By purchasing, subscribing, or receiving our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and accept the risks inherent to home-baked goods under the New Mexico Cottage Food Act.
