"I discovered Purebread Cat Cafe at our local farmers market and it was easily the best thing I bought that day. I picked up a loaf of their matcha swirl bread and one of the adorable cat-shaped cake pops. The matcha bread had these beautiful green swirls and was unbelievably soft and fluffy when sliced at home. The flavor was perfectly balanced — lightly sweet vanilla with that smooth matcha taste. The cake pop was almost too cute to eat with the little cat ears and icing details, but it was moist inside with a delicious chocolate coating. Highly recommend!"

“I tried the chocolate swirl bread and also ordered a bag of their cat-shaped pasta. The bread arrived fresh and sliced beautifully, with rich chocolate ribbons baked throughout. It was soft, flavorful, and perfect with coffee. The pasta was also a fun surprise! The little cat shapes actually held up well while cooking and tasted like really good artisan pasta. “I came across Purebread Cat Cafe at the Sunday farmers market and couldn’t resist trying their strawberry swirl bread and a couple of the cat-shaped cake pops. The bread was gorgeous with pink strawberry swirls and a light fruity flavor that wasn’t overly sweet. The cake pops were shaped like little cat faces and tasted just as good as they looked with moist cake inside. Everything at their booth looked amazing and the presentation was adorable. Hi there! I’m Emmy, a lifelong cat lover with two of my own kitties at home and a heart full of purrs. After years of working with rescue cats professionally and baking treats as a passion, I had a dream: to create a place where cat lovers and cat-shaped treats collide. And that dream became

We whip up whimsical, handmade cat-shaped goodies, from cake pops and bread loaves to playful pasta, all baked locally with love, creativity, and a lot of purr-sonality! Right now, you can find us at Albuquerque farmers markets or order from our online store, where you can bring a little slice of cat magic straight to your home.
But this is just the beginning! Our paws are stretched toward the future to one day open a full cat cafe in Albuquerque where you can sip, snack, and snuggle with cats, plus cat boarding, grooming, and training. Think of it as a cozy cat wonderland, where every person and feline visitor feels welcomed.
